Ladies, come join us for a relaxing soulful experience at the Limitless Studio in Zionsville, IN on Sunday, Nov. 15th at 4:30pm. This class combines the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls + gentle somatic practices to help you unwind and release tension…to open your heart…to balance your feminine + masculine energy…and to help you lead yourself through stress and challenges from a grounded state. Whether you’re looking to de-stress, simply enjoy a moment of peace, or embody deeper integrative healing, this class is perfect for all females. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul! This class is about 90 mins long and integrates mind-body healing, conscious gentle stretching + movement, guided meditation, somatic stress release, and sound healing. Females Ages 10+ are welcome to attend with an adult.
This class is $45 for non-members and $35 for Limitless Studio members.
