Join us for 45 minutes of your favorite Hot Pilates class, followed by 15 minutes of Plank-Off Challenge FUN! Show up, challenge yourself, celebrate your strength, and give thanks to the plank. Whether you choose to participate in the challenge or stay to cheer on your fellow community members, it’s all about having FUN, supporting one another, and celebrating what our bodies are capable of. Come for the movement, stay for the fun!
