An embodied movement workshop for adults exploring the connection between movement, self-expression, and our inner worlds.

Gathering on 11/11 brings a little extra magic to this experience. It's 11/11. Make a wish, and bring it with you. Symbolically associated with new beginnings and possibility, the number 1 invites us to explore what it means to begin again. Together, we'll move with curiosity, set intentions, and make space for whatever is ready to emerge.

Through playful movement exercises, body exploration, and rhythmic grounding, you'll reconnect with your body, explore new ways of expressing yourself, and rediscover the simple joy of moving without expectations.

No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Expect a welcoming, judgment-free space to shake off the day, tune into your body's wisdom, find your own rhythm, and leave room for a little magic.
