Aerial silks (aka aerial contortion, aerial ribbons, fabrics, ribbons) is a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric. You must complete at least 1 Intro to Silks class at DID Fit unless otherwise discussed with an instructor. *We recommend leggings and a short/long sleeve shirt
