About this event

At Indy House of Pilates we offer Pilates Equipment Classes that incorporates a blend of classic Pilates techniques with modern movement patterns. The goal of these sessions is to increase body awareness, range of motion, flexibility, control, balance and core strength. Equipment used during these sessions includes Pilates Reformers, Towers, Chairs and other small props needed to enhance the student experience. ** All Students must complete 3 Introductory Private Pilates Sessions prior to attending any group Pilates Equipment Sessions
