About this event
A lyra hoop is a circular steel ring similar to a hula hoop that’s suspended in the air by a cable attached to the ceiling. In this class you will learn many basic shapes and drills from the ground and the lower level of the hoop. Students are required to take this class once to advance *You may be sharing equipment with other students*
