Sound Bath

Much like a favorite song can lift our mood and transport us to another place and time, so can a sound bath.

A sound bath is meditative therapy. Studies have reported improvements in patients’ mood, relaxion, reduced exhaustion and anxiety as well as in coping with impacts of cancer and cancer-related pain. At a Little Red Door Sound Bath, singing bowls and chimes are used to create soothing vibrations, tones, and music that aid in meditation, anxiety relief, and healing on multiple levels.
