About this event
Designed to bring together local art, Speedway businesses, Live music, and community, Speedway Stroll invites residents and visitors to spend an evening exploring Main Street, discovering local artists and crafters, supporting Speedway businesses, and enjoying everything our community has to offer.
Speedway Stroll will be held on Main Street one Friday each month from September through November:
September 18
October 16
November 6
4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Sidewalks of Main Street
Weather permitting; no rain dates.
During each Stroll, artists and crafters will showcase and sell their work along the sidewalks of the 1300–1500 blocks of Main Street, while live music at the Plaza on Main will add to the evening atmosphere.
And come hungry! No food trucks will be brought in for Speedway Stroll. Instead, we encourage attendees to discover and support Speedway's existing restaurants, bars, shops, and businesses. Participating DORA establishments may offer adults to purchase beverages and enjoy while strolling through the designated district.
Mark your calendars, invite your friends and neighbors, and join us for an evening to stroll, shop, dine, listen to live music, and experience Speedway!
