SATURDAY SUPPER: INTERDEPENDENCE RELAY SPECIAL EDITION
It’s like Sunday Supper, but on Saturday! This one’s gonna be really special.
We’ll have the same family-style meal that we typically do on Sundays – complete with golden evening light, soup & smørrebrød, bread pudding, and time with neighbors – but we’ll spend a little extra time discussing what it means to be in community, understanding how we take care of each other amidst the challenges of our time, and sharing our joy, creativity, and perspectives with other communities across the country.
Interdependence Relay: Declarations of Interdependence
We’re honored to be the official Indiana host for the Interdependence Relay, a year-long series of 50 community gatherings in 50 states.
The relay is a celebration of all the ways that neighbors across the country are turning towards each other in a moment when so many forces in our lives make connection and belonging difficult. The relay began in April in Washington State and will finish in the spring of 2027 in Maine. You can learn more or follow along on the relay’s progress at jointherelay.org .
This is a pay-what-you-can event, with a recommended donation of $15-20.
