About this event

Join us for an engaging conversation on staying grounded, resilient, and effective in high-pressure environments with Nora Elder from Choose the Marble. Nora is a certified emotional intelligence coach and predictive index practitioner with over a decade of experience helping leaders build the skills, mindset, and confidence to create a lasting impact. Whether you lead a team, manage client expectations, or navigate the unexpected, your response to challenges often sets the tone for everyone around you.

Together, we'll explore practical strategies for managing stress, leading with confidence, and maintaining perspective when the pressure is on. Following the discussion, enjoy a restorative sound bath experience and learn specific breathing techniques designed to help you relax, recharge, and leave feeling centered and refreshed.
