- ➤ On Monday, March 17, 2025, the Spotlight on Art Benefiting Children committee presented a $40,000 check to the Boys + Girls Club of Noblesville, Children’s TherAplay and Prevail, Inc after its third annual November event at Hotel Carmichael raised funds to support local youth services. - ➤ Kaelin Broad, a 17-year-old Carmel High School junior, launched The Single Moms Project inspired by her own life to help families without enough resources and raise awareness about single motherhood. She is set to speak at Carmel’s Cardiocare Race for Hearts 5K on March 29 and will compete in the Miss Indiana Teen USA pageant at Noblesville High School on April 4—5 while seeking donations for the Merciful HELP Center. - ➤ Matthew Morrison, known for his role on Glee, held a masterclass at Carmel High School on March 5—he answered questions and encouraged students to pursue careers in performance. This event is part of a series of masterclasses he led in the Indianapolis area. Current
- ➤ Hamilton Heights High School CTE students gained hands-on experience with specialty machinery in the Sandbox—supplied by Chris Wooldridge of Bobcat of Indy North and Bobcat of Anderson—to earn certifications that boost their job skills.
