  • The Sunrisers (a team of seniors) have maintained a 23-1 record by meeting daily for trivia at Nippers and are now searching for a new step-free venue with pre-announced topics so they can stay sharp and connected.  WRTV

  • Carmel-based Haverstick Designs won a national TEC award for Studio 33:3, a church studio built in Grand Rapids (Assemblies of God) that honors Sarah Rijfkogel’s legacy; the project took 33 months and opened on Nov. 1.  Current

HEALTH NEWS

  • Bolt for the Heart donated 100 AEDs to local public safety groups at Carmel Clay Public Library on March 19. The nonprofit raised funds during its Thanksgiving 5K and Gov. Mike Braun praised the move (50 AEDs went to the Indianapolis Metropolitan PD).  Current
