- ➤ Carmel attorney Kyle Ring, who beat childhood cancer in 1996, is leading a team for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Visionary of the Year fundraising campaign to help fight blood cancers. - ➤ Debbie Muse, a fitness instructor at the Monon Community Center in Carmel, suffered a stroke in March 2015 while washing dishes at home and her strong fitness helped her recover quickly without any need for therapy.
