- ➤ Jon Baldwin is leading a volunteer group to revive the Clay Township Military Library and Museum at 10801 N. College Ave in the Home Place neighborhood because it has seen few visitors. - ➤ At a July 14 meeting, Hamilton County Commissioners approved 16 new voting precincts, a cybersecurity awareness policy, and an interlocal agreement with the Town of Sheridan for a roadway project on Dunbar Road — which includes a 10 foot multiuse path — raising the precinct count from 220 to 235. The roadway project will be further reviewed at upcoming council meetings. Current
