  • ➤ Carmel gears up for the 18th annual Artomobilia on Sept. 6 at the Carmel Arts & Design District as the Carmel on Canvas plein air painting exhibition returns for only the second time — drawing extra attention to the event as local artists paint buildings, cars, and people while over 500 automobiles, including about 140 Porsches and 50 BMWs, are on display. John Leonard, Artomobilia's Executive Director, said the event also features special gatherings like the Veloce+ Hangar Party and the Artistry & Elegance Ladies’ Luncheon.  Current
