- ➤ Hamilton County has launched the Hubway which connects Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville and Fishers for safe travel by cyclists, walkers and runners. - ➤ A Carmel woman was arrested after an alleged theft at Nails and Lounge in Noblesville on Sept. 4—officers said she led a vehicle chase using tire deflation devices that flattened her tires and resulted in collisions with police vehicles before being taken into custody on charges of theft, resisting law enforcement and operating while intoxicated with no injuries reported.
