- ➤ Hamilton County’s Drug Court program offers treatment instead of jail for repeat DUI offenders by requiring weekly court appearances, recovery coaching, and outpatient therapy (the program is offered on a case-by-case basis). - ➤ Mayor Sue Finkam presented Carmel’s 2026 budget on Monday, showing nearly $10 million less in property tax revenue due to state reforms while funding public safety, roads, trails, parks, and the arts without raising local taxes.
