SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ ESPN reported that Colts kicker Spencer Shrader—injured during Sunday's 40–6 win over the Raiders—will miss the rest of the season after hurting his knee; he had made nearly all of his extra-point and field goal attempts before the injury. The Colts will adjust their game plan as they prepare to host the Cardinals on Oct 12 at Lucas Oil Stadium. WTHR
- ➤ The World Aquatics World Swimming Cup will be held from Oct. 10 to 12 at Carmel High School Natatorium in Carmel, drawing 400 international swimmers and nearly 4,000 visitors for two sessions.
