- ➤ Carmel will host its second annual Diwali Festival this month at Carter Green — following a debut last year that welcomed over 7,000 people. Organizers say local artists and performers from Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Zionsville and Greenwood will join the event — offering a unifying celebration of cultural heritage for everyone. WRTV
