- ➤ The Carmel Clay Historical Society Holiday Home Tour will feature modern mid-century homes by designer Avriel Christie Shull in the historic Thornhurst Addition—VIP events run from 6 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 5 at the museum followed by a public tour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 6 with bus transport and public parking at Carmel Middle School. - ➤ Citizens Energy’s revised water plan will soon begin removing trees and installing 52 miles of underground pipeline to supply water to the LEAP project near Lebanon — over 400 property owners in nearby counties have received legal notices threatening eminent domain if they do not grant easements. Local homeowners also worry about impacts on their yards and the Eagle Creek Reservoir as construction proceeds over the next six years. WTHR
