- ➤ The board of trustees awarded a $634,500 bid to James Babcock, Inc. to install a new video scoreboard at Carmel High School’s football stadium funded by 2024 lease rental bonds — it also moved meetings to Wednesdays and changed the policy to charge rent for some school facility uses. The board discussed a letter to state lawmakers supporting increased education funding and educator recruitment and set the first Wednesday meeting for Jan. 14. Current
