- ➤ Eastbound 106th Street reopens today between Illinois Street and U.S. 31 before rush hour as part of INDOT’s Level Up 31 project to cut congestion; later tonight, the I-465 eastbound ramp and lane are closed from 9 to 11 p.m. while the southbound U.S. 31 ramp reopens by spring. Current
- ➤ Gov. Mike Braun posthumously honored Carmel resident Forrest Lucas with the 2025 Sachem Award on Dec. 18. The founder of Lucas Oil was recognized for his leadership + support of local charities before his passing in August. Current
