Home Grown Greenwood Vinyasa Vibes & Flow - In this Hot Power Vinyasa flow, we're going to focus on what it means to return to our roots, physically and in life. Vinyasa is all about exploring our journeys into power. Greenwood is my home, and I wanted to share a flow with each of you that focused on grounding into our roots and growing into our power.
