Join our wonderful instructor Kandi on every Wednesday of the month, for a nurturing, accessible practice honoring the wisdom of your body. Gentle seated poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation designed for comfort, mobility, and ease. All levels and abilities are welcomed and celebrated.
