About this event
This class is baby friendly! Bring your non-crawling baby or come solo. Our goal in postnatal yoga is to reconnect to the core and pelvic floor, relieve common postpartum discomforts, and use movement to regain strength in our bodies in functional ways that transfer to everyday life. We end class with baby yoga and songs to connect with those sweet little bundles! You can drop in to a class for $32 or purchase 4 for $105 or 10 for $250.
