About this event
In Prenatal Yoga we focus on strengthening your body through the duration of pregnancy, building endurance to prepare for childbirth, learning to relax in times of tension and fatigue, and adding to your community of mamas and parents. Most importantly you will be met where you are, in any stage of pregnancy, and be guided through a thoughtful class that will help prepare you for labor and motherhood. Prenatal is specific for your ever-changing body and life. You can drop in to a class for $32 or purchase 4 for $105 or 10 for $250.
