Paint Your Own Large Scale Painting

About this event

Have a wall space that needs a focal point piece? Do you enjoy DIY redecorating project? Need a gift idea for a loved one? Or just feel inspired by art but don't think you can do it yourself? This is the class for you! No experience required to join this painting class. In this beginner-to-intermediate level painting class, participants choose a style of decor that they enjoy*. We then work through palettes, composition, planning stages, and techniques to create our own large-scale focal pieces in acrylic. The first session will walk you through the decision process, and the following three sessions are active sessions where we put paint to canvas, guided individually and as a group to make our own 24x36” pieces.

*Please note that while we encourage creative expression, we do ask that subject matter and references selected for this class be family-friendly and appropriate as we work with all ages in this environment.
