- ➤ Helio Castroneves returned to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for his 25th Indy 500 with a chance to become the first driver to win the race five times, but he finished 13th as Alex Palou earned his first victory—Castroneves started 22nd and lost the chance to break the oldest-winner record. - ➤ The Pacers have built a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference finals and will host Game 3 on Sunday in Indiana—coach Rick Carlisle warned his team that no home game is easy despite strong wins in New York. Knicks guard Mikal Bridges said his team must overcome early struggles to avoid making history as the first team to lose the opening home games. WTHR
